*Concierge Medicine/LA performs blood draws and sample collection in our clinic. Many blood tests are included in the membership fee including basic chemistries (electrolytes), certain thyroid tests, complete blood cell count, comprehensive cholesterol panel, certain kidney tests, certain liver tests, vitamin D testing, glucose (sugar) testing; Additional tests are available and may be billed to you or your insurance for an additional charge. **Selected vaccines including seasonal and H1N1 flu are included in the membership. Other vaccines (ie. Hepatits A or B, Travel Vaccine, Pneumonia Vaccine) require an additional fee.
